      Pros

      It is a great company with great culture. Many of the ex nutanix staff chose to come back. the health insurance is the best in the industry. top of the class

      there are still people who tends to talk a lot and do less , but thats everywhere in tech.

      Pros

      Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

      Cons

      Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
