Pros

Met some really nice folks, but that has 0 to do with Nutanix

Cons

Sales goals moved constantly, compensation plans not adhered to and will get rid of you before you collect that big windfall you worked hard for. Sham product, Sham leadership. Can we tell the customers about the scale problems? Or cyber issues? Cannot WAIT for the IG investigations coming. And for the love of GOD, don't EVER consider an International assignment. I know someone who just came back writing a tell all about how Nutanix is just a bad company to work for and bad equipment to own. I hope Cisco buys them and kills the product.

It is clear from your post that you are frustrated, and while it contains a number of troubling statements, know that we value feedback from former employees. We’d like to understand more specifics about some of the concerns you have raised, particularly about your own experience. We strive to treat all our employees and customers with care, honesty, and respect. If you’re open to a conversation, please email hr@nutanix.com to set up a time to speak with Alicia Ludes from our People Team. Thanks and we hope to hear from you.

Pros

Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

Cons

Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.

Pros

1. Free Snacks at office. 2. Friendly people around.

Cons

1. Some of the managers are very weak technically but they have so much power. 2. Very unheard for the amount of work being done in the company.
