4yThank you for sharing your feedback. There has been a good deal of change within the ANZ region in the last few months. With our transition to a subscription-based organization well underway, it was important for us to review our business processes and structure to set us up for future success. As a result, some employees chose to opt-out of this journey of transformation. We are sorry we weren’t able to take them on this journey with us. We recognize we could have done better at preparing our team for these changes and we will strive to improve in the future.
We believe in the ANZ market and are keen to establish our presence and reputation here. We also believe that strong leaders are essential to driving engagement, development and performance. To this end, we’re continuing to invest in the development of our people managers.
