      Lovely colleagues and good supervisors

      Cons

      Worked so hard for company during covid. One of the few service lines running. Worked all the hours and got our pay docked to 90% as thanks! Steve grey (old CEO) pay himself highest charity CEO salary in the country. Gave himself a £300,000 bonus and meanwhile we were suffering with terrible IT systems and no support. There's been constant redundancies. Now they are shutting down the entire mental health team and hundreds of us are loosing their jobs. Avoid!!

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Cons

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
