      - Office Location - Office perks, i.e. gym, classes, canteen on site - Team - Hybrid working - Flexible shifts

      Cons

      - Management - Lot's of redundancies/ constant changes to teams - Refused flexible working request after maternity leave even though other members of the team worked part-time.

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
