      Pay Nice patients Not very busy if you see that as a pro

      Cons

      Pay is not equal for all nurses Very tight budget which is evident in day to day runnings Reactive rather than proactive Unusually backwards for a private hospital The work is mundane Toxic work environment

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Cons

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
