      - Great working environment/atmosphere - Line managers are willing to provide guidance/help - Friendly colleagues - Company is willing to invest on employees (provides training for career growth) - Work-life balance (depends on the status of the project)

      Cons

      - Timesheet could be frustrating at times (but that is part of the job) Can't tell much at this point..
