Pros

I wish I could name one

Cons

-low salary: their business model is to hire junior employees, train them, ask them to sign a commitment letter which means nothing legally and then do low quality work. Also, force the employees not to talk about their salaries. - Lack of proper communication across a team and there is no uniform way to run projects. Depending on the sponsor/PM you need to adjust the company expectations from your responsibilities -High turnover as the company has zero respect for their people. Whoever you talk to is unhappy and is in a mental breakdown period or has been. - Managers play favouritism game when it comes to promotion. - Projects are usually low quality with small and inexperienced sponsors. - Training used to be better but now it’s just repetitive sessions with nonsense questions and polls - Due to high turnover projects are handed over from one employee to another and no one knows what’s been going on.

The worker bees are very friendly.

No flexibility Mistrust of employees Favouritism is rife Bullying by senior management including CEO Expectation to be over 100% utilised No training or development Pay below market rates
