      Pros

      -Collaborative nature within the team. -Personal time is respected above all else. (Vacation takes precedent over the customer, within reason of course. Can't reschedule a customer visit 2 weeks out just to take a surprise vacation).

      Cons

      -Certain aspects of the position that would be useful globally -International communication can feel incredibly closed off.

      Pros

      local management was nice, understanding, inclusive. benefits were better in the beginning but after merger they declined a bit.

      Cons

      direction of the company is unstable. I didnt feel like the provided the same learning or advancement opportunity to the staff at the US site in comparison to their EU sites
