Pros

What can’t i say ! From the front office to Developers, Engineers that concentrate and commit to clients needs Sales Teams that fight for everything they believe their clients need “then and later” not to mention the PMO department which delivers from start to finish. This IS the company organizations want to look emulate, work with, work for, be involved in the mix and candidates that have talent should drive to. Novacoast emphasizes on skillset development and continuous growth. They support out of the box thinkers “worth a shot” if it works go for it. Most ALL work is remote you create and manage your time you are responsible for your business. Communications IS KEY.

Cons

It’s not a con, no room for BS work is work fun is fun establish relationships as you go along but no room for mistakes or error top tier talent need apply. So get ready to be thrown into the pit and sink or swim. There will be support but no baby sitting. So (man/woman) up I’m a long islander NY’r so my sense of humor may have worn out it’s welcome lol but all in all I love’em All ;)

Pros

Unlimited room for growth, unlimited help from peers, remote work offered, flexible work hours if needed, no micro-managing, and overall just a good work life culture.

Cons

Some managers have a lot on their plates, making it hard to be available at all times.
