      1) They treat their employees pretty well and offer decent benefits even though all of us were consultants 2) Nice facility with great coffee 3) You get taken to lunch at times, the upper management is really good about rewarding those who go the extra mile 4) I got to work with some top notch staff of developer's

      The commute can be a killer since it is in RB. If you live around the North County area, this is not an issue for you.
