      poor training. current managers need to take courses on being leaders. the way they talk to people are horrible. there is no real training in the ost program, and has poor company culture. barely any diversity at the terminals. bunch of white men barely if any minorities.

      Beautiful, clean building and architecture

      Cons

      Stressful place to work with a disorganized and chaotic environment before and during the current acquisition where numerous contractors and FTEs secretly complain about being unhappy, unrealistic expectations, and need for massive corporate culture improvements.
