Pros
Once was one of the best places to work in Dublin. Benifits and work culture were fantastic. As a result, they hired a lot of very hard-working and talented people. Some of them are still around, but most are jumping ship at this point.
Cons
* Regular lay-offs. * Benefits slashed to well below the market standard. * CEO is openly insulting to employees. Calls mandatory company-wide meetings to brag about what a tough guy he is. * Arbitrary and heavy-handed in-office policy. You can get much better terms elsewhere. * Constant disorganisation. * Outdated product with a questionable future (especially with this leadership...) * No bonus or equity plans. * No parking, poor office facilities. I could go on. If you're thinking about working here please focus on reviews from 2023 onwards, it is essentially a different company to the one many of us joined. RIP old Nitro.
