      Great people to work with. Company itself has changed over the years became more "corporate" vs just get the work done. Home/work balance is a plus

      Cons

      Can't think of many, company has been good to me over the years. They continually try and improve where needed. Everything just takes time, long time. Just the way the industry works

      Guarantee work flow. Plenty of opportunities for extension of work hours if that's your thing

      Cons

      Too much opportunities for extension of work hours. You'll become numb to reality. No support from corporate. Front line supervision have their hands tied.
