Nipsco interview questions

Interview process is a STAR format. I would recommend learning how to format different situations using STAR and brainstorm a few different examples before the interview. The interview is about one hour long with about 3-4 other engineers or related departments.

2 video conference calls then was extended a offer. Somewhat of a disjointed process as it didn't seem clear as to the next steps from the interviewer. Told about plant challenges.
