Pros

Great pay, vacation, 401k and health insurance.

Cons

High stress, repetitive job with constant micromanagement. Employees in the call center are treated like children and critiqued for a long list of different things regularly. The management will never admit that an employee is doing a good job, no matter how great the person's performance.

Pros

Guarantee work flow. Plenty of opportunities for extension of work hours if that's your thing

Cons

Too much opportunities for extension of work hours. You'll become numb to reality. No support from corporate. Front line supervision have their hands tied.
