Pros
Personally, I've learned a great deal during my time at this company, and in my opinion, it's the ideal environment for launching your career. The seniors and colleagues here are incredibly supportive, and there's ample freedom to pursue interests beyond work. Additionally, the company organizes weekly snack parties, monthly celebrations, quarterly events, and a host of other activities.

As far as I'm aware, if you perform well, I don't see any drawbacks here.
