Pros

Only pro is that they don't require certification for a job and you can learn something new if your trying to get into an IT role or Telecommunications.

Cons

Toxic work environment, bad management style, lack of opportunity, biased management towards certain people. Supervisors with power struggles, people in roles that should not be like leads, supervisors, managers and QA personnel. Racist employees.

Pros

-Relaxed atmosphere -Felt backed by management -Training was engaging and thorough -Great at developing talent -Hour lunches

Cons

-The pay is a bit low compared to competitors -lack of communication between field teams and support, mainly when there are tower outages, we had no timeline to provide customers -have to jump trough hoops to set up a service call since there so few technicians to spare
