Pros

The day you leave, and every day after will be a life improvement. For those that think this place is the greatest wait until you aren’t in favor.

Cons

Fast paced cannot possibly learn all the rules environment. I think this is intentional so when they want to get rid of a person “with reason” they can cite all your micro infractions. FCC needs a better process for choosing companies to hand money other than Hey I will do the job for less money than other companies. The only thing these guys disrupt is the great service the companies they buy were providing. Disrupting the employees that worked for those companies and the local relationships they had. Texas thinks they know it all and they should stay there,

Pros

They play music in the bathroom

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the shiny appearance. It’s all an empty shell. They rob Peter to pay Paul at the employees expense. They will fire you without reason or cause. Because they “at will” you right out the door with no cause and smile while doing it. Beware, they will not treat you with dignity. You can do better. There are way to many legit trustworthy companies that will appreciate you. If you use Glassdoor to research a company prior to accepting an offer. Think very, very hard. Then RUN.

Pros

They provide all the fixings for sandwiches.

Cons

There is very questionable integrity where management is concerned. Termination based on one incident deemed as performance based without previous consultation or coaching. Performance based should have entailed a warning of some type. 90 day probation period and "at will" employer state is justification and cause for termination. The reason for termination did not financially jeopardize the company or put a strain on any company resources in the least. The team only within the last two weeks under new management terminated based on what little information they received....this is where there is questionable integrity. Also employees with questionable work ethics this very same department utilizing company time to work on personal projects allowed by management and not deemed as an integrity issue or cause for concern.
