      1. Top notch data science leadership (New senior hire) and data science leads. Fostering a great culture for data scientists to do their best to tackle product problems. 2. Nirav is a stellar CEO. He makes us employees feel part of the mission with his monthly all-hands.

      Cons

      Frequent product iterations can sometimes lead to change in roadmaps; but that's not so much a con but its important to be agile about it.
