Pros
The best part about Nextdoor is its flexibility. In the UK you can work remote, hybrid, or in the office. I love having the choice and everything is set up to by asynchronous. The team is great and really clear goal marketing goals so you know how you're performing at all times. All expense paid trips to San Fran are nice and the free lunch Wednesday is great. I really like working here.
Cons
Nextdoor is US company and generates most of its revenue from the US. As a result international teams operate as their own little startup. But you miss out on the innovations happening on the other side of the pond.
