      Pros

      Friendly co-workers. Don't need to pay for parking.

      Cons

      No room to advance. Too much drama and gossip. Unrealistic expectations without proper training or feedback. No positive feedback or feedback at all on your performance. Upper management does not have appropriate people managing skill set and is not in touch with staff. Pressure to perform without the proper support.

      Pros

      Super friendly staff that gave me real, substantive projects to work on. I made so many connections during my time there.

      Cons

      No cons, but the office was a bit out of the way.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to learn if sought out. Attempts at team building as well as emphasis on community service.

      Cons

      Very little structure or opportunities for growth. Compensation was under market and leadership seeks out feedback that’s never implemented. I never had performance reviews during my time here. Not sure how one is expected to grow with no set boundaries or expectations. Also a great deal of nepotism.
