Face to face interview with Senior PM and Company President. Also includes construction aptitude test and discussion of short and long term goals. Discussed company goals and current retail construction market. Also discussed prior work history in length.

It was a bit long and I had to follow up quite a bit but I did eventually get the offer and accepted it. Shannon was not as difficult as I had been told by my agency. She asked very basic questions about my experience.
