      Our team had been able to achieve great success and cohesion thanks to the exceptional leadership and charm of our manager.

      The employees chose to keep quite about their feelings of shame, embarrassment, and anger while continually being mistreated by the CEO and management, due to the high pay they were receiving. If you are willing to tolerate horrible mistreatment for financial gain, this company may be a good fit for you.

      Cons

      Upper management's lack of investmen in employee development also meant that there were no clear career paths or opportunities for advancement. Many of us felt stuck in our roles unsure of how to progress within the company. I can't help but wish that things had been different.
