NewFound Recruiting interview questions

I was approached via a unsolicited, unnamed, call - out of the blue. Then, when asked for a resume, which I promptly sent, I was ghosted with no reasoning nor responses to my follow ups.

I underwent an initial telephone interview with the Director who asked me very specific business development questions and once he saw the kind of passion I have for selling, I was advanced to an in-person interview with him. The in-person interview lasted for roughly 1.5 hours. He was very transparent about company processes, their value-added proposition and what I could realistically expect to make in the first year and moving forward
