Pros

Most of your coworkers are good people.

Cons

I worked in the corporate office, be warned that the majority of the good reviews are from the agents (which are 1099 contract), and not from those at the corporate office in Irving. Poor management, nobody can keep their priorities straight, nobody is on the same page, extreme lack of communication across the board. Starts from the top and trickles down. Makes every day a fire drill so if you're going into an entry-level role at corporate, be warned. They take no time in helping you succeed or grow as an individual. They're more concerned with rapid growth, no matter how unethical or dishonest it gets. Forget about bonuses or annual raises too. First company in my decade of work where I didn't get a bonus at some point in the year, nor a merit raise. Easily the worst management I've ever dealt with. You only get 12 days of PTO, pretty bad for such a young company, no 401k either, the only real perk is their insurance.

Pros

Competitive atmosphere and average commission structure if you could sell.

Sold overpriced properties to investors that knew very little about the market so it was hard to make sales.
