Great small company to work for. It is like going to work everyday with family. Plenty of advancement opportunities for hard working, dedicated, team players
Cons
Not so much of a con, but like I said it is a small company and every employee is expected to pull their weight. There is no place to hide and goof off like at larger companies.

Tons of morons working on staff. Some people get fired right away. Others drag the staff down and leadership isn't firm on it. Antiquated leadership and ideas weigh the company down. Losing opportunities to competitors.
