Cons
Zero transparency, CEO and new management lack leadership, equality, character and honesty. Everyone from the CHRO to the CCO and CEO all only care about selling the company, return on investment. Their approach and opinion to COVID-19 pandemic lacks accountability, honesty and true caring of their employees both in the field and at HQ.
