Offensive language, discriminatory behaviours and a complete lack of awareness of how anyone outside the 'club' might feel is rife. I recognise that they are on a journey, and have put certain things in place to improve the environment, but this needs to be mirrored in management behaviour. It is very difficult to get any project off the ground. Demand will come to you all the time, but getting funding or resource to develop will be your greatest challenge.
