      Great Culture! You're not a number here, your an actual person! Everyone from the top down really treats you with respect, they care about you as an individual and truly are invested in your success! The CEO sets the standard of making the workplace feel like home! When you find a place to work where you get this type of culture, you realize that your hard work doesn't go unrecognized and you get true satisfaction for a hard day's work. Safe* environment for female employees.

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Cons

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
