      Pros

      Leadership ready and eager for change. Looking forward to develop and set new benchmarks. Very employee centric. Works like a family. Feels like home away from home in a small yet urbanated town like Bhopal.

      Cons

      Few employees working with the organisation for over a decade are irreplaceable and tend to create a bureaucratic environment. Though the CEO followes a very dynamic approach at an organisatioal level but departments and the end party gets to suffer at times.

      Pros

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Cons

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
