      Pros

      IT company in Bhopal which looks good from outside as it has couple of BPO projects from US.

      Cons

      Very poor HR management. No HR policies and presence. Junior HR hits on female staff and ask openly for coffee dates and meeting outside of office. Its very irritating as who can go against HR. No job security. No good projects. Management lacks vision.

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Cons

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
