Pros

Competitive Compensation & Benefits, Positive Work Culture, Career Growth & Development.

Cons

No universal WFH policy, which means office days could be empty or packed. They should really think of implementing a company wide strategy instead of having some people work from home 3 weeks and 1 week in, and others 2-3 days hybrid p/w.

Pros

There are no pro working here

Cons

The overall environment felt unprofessional, disorganised, and poorly managed, with very little accountability or clear communication. There is virtually no room for growth or progression, and hard work goes unnoticed. It quickly becomes clear that there is little investment in employees or their development. The finance side is particularly concerning—payments are not only frequently late but often incorrect, which is completely unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress for staff. The workplace culture is equally poor. There is a lot of gossip and people involving themselves in others’ personal matters. Rumours are spread without any real basis, and it often feels like employees’ personal lives are treated as entertainment rather than respected. Overall, I would strongly not recommend working here. The company seriously lacks professionalism, structure, and basic respect for its employees.
