Prepare to feel dispensable and do work that has nothing to do with your JD.

Pros

Nice colleagues, who will likely be gone soon.

Cons

Massive lack of care for learner quality and experience, a money greedy company that focus on unachievable targets and treats its learners as a product and means of profit. The workload is nothing like I was told in the JD, Im basically glorified admin work, this includes the earning potential. No appreciation for staff and prepare to feel scrutinised for any mistakes, personal issues or basically not being a little robot that refuses to take 5 minutes away from their desk. Awful place of work with terrible management. Not recommended.

Cons

The course is basically worthless About 0.1% of students get a job Pay is terrible Managers are absolutely re...tarded It's ok for a few months whilst you're looking for a proper job The company is a joke. Slave labour and a worryingly high turnover. You're just a number to these fools

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful company to work for. Don't work here, they don't know what they are doing! They are just playing at it! When management (and others) makes mistakes, to cover up, they blame you and you suffer for their mistakes! Don't do them any favours because, as the adage goes, no good deed goes unpunished. My good deeds were certainly punished. You have to fight to get what is due. I had to threaten court action before they paid (some of) what I was due. They told me that the remaining debt hadn't been agreed in writing (it had been agreed verbally and the manager said she would sort it, but didn't) and they didn't pay. Before you do ANYTHING, even if you are trying to be helpful, get EVERYTHING in writing or they won't believe you and won't pay you. DON'T WORK HERE!
