Thank you for providing us your feedback. We value your time and are happy to hear that you were able to enjoy the time you spent with your co-corkers and the benefits that Netchex offers. Communication is important and necessary to ensure positive results. We do offer internal training, online learning courses, and FPC Certification that is paid for by Netchex. External certifications are also encouraged by our leadership team. It’s always a joy to see our employees bring new knowledge and skills to their teams and share in their accomplishments. We also apologize that your experience at Netchex did not fully meet your expectations and encourage you to reach us at hr@netchexonline.com so we can learn more specifically how we can improve.

Pros

The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

Cons

Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

Pros

Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

Cons

There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.
