      Pros

      Really good work-life balance with the flexible hours. Friendly work environment making it easy to communicate with upper management. Also a good amount of socials, which made it easy to build relationships outside of my team.

      If you want a job after uni this is great for you.. oh and if you have a great personality… if not you will probably ostracised and basically pushed out

      Cons

      Promote people who have ZERO experience / skills to manager roles Favouritism Expect employees to basically be robots in the RPR department even though their system sucks
