Pros

HR, scheduling, performance reviews, and admin processes all run smoothly. The initial training was excellent, and I always felt supported by my manager. Regular appraisals and feedback. The work culture is high-trust, I worked both remotely and in the office and never felt micromanaged. The company was very flexible with remote work. The team was social, welcoming, and full of talented grads. Employees were encouraged to be creative and propose own ideas and projects. It’s a great place to learn, develop skills, and gain experience.

Cons

Salary could definitely be more competitive—next role at a similar seniority level elsewhere paid twice as much from day one. Progression within the company can also be slow, as the structure is quite flat, and opportunities for advancement are mostly in corporate or support roles rather than within core analyst positions.

Pros

Flexibility with time and wfh options

Cons

Constant micro management Workplace bullying Rat race culture for a very minimum wage job Understaffed, will be expected to do workload of 2/3 people Will most certainly be bullied into leaving or backed into a corner once you pass a year and it’s time to get a pay rise Very disturbing culture, specifically in the RPR police liason team. The managers and senior leaders are NOT there to support you, they are most definitely there to get themselves ahead by pushing you down. Actual manager has delegated all his authority to senior staff members who are most definitely on a power trip

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the workplace we strive to provide at Netwatch Global. We are pleased that you recognised the flexibility we offer through our hybrid working arrangements. We do not tolerate bullying or behaviour that falls short of our expected standards of professionalism and respect. We are committed to maintaining a workplace culture where employees are treated with dignity and are able to raise concerns through many different channels. In relation to compensation, all roles at Netwatch Global exceed the national living wage, alongside a plethora of benefits. We are proud of the fact that many of our employees choose to build long-term careers with us, with a significant number staying with the business for multiple years. We see this as a reflection of both the opportunities available and the commitment of our teams. We have also recently introduced Section Lead roles within the RPR team. These positions have been created to provide progression pathways, while also supporting the continued development, structure and efficiency of the department. We value all feedback as it helps us to review and improve our practices, and we wish you every success in your future career.

Wherever possible, we promote from within, as we believe this recognises the commitment of our people and provides career progression opportunities for employees who have demonstrated their capability and developed a strong understanding of our business, our clients and our values. Alongside this, we provide internal training for managers to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed in their roles. We also appreciate your comments regarding additional responsibilities such as Health and Safety, Fire Warden and Mental Health First Aider roles. These opportunities are allocated based on a number of practical considerations, including operational requirements, office presence, availability and suitability for the role. We value all feedback, as it helps us reflect on our practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
