Pros

I've had the privilege of calling NetCom Learning my professional home for over 14 years. From the moment I stepped in as a Marketing Coordinator to now serving as the VP of Marketing and Revenue Operations, my journey here has been nothing short of exceptional. Culture: NetCom Learning fosters a culture that promotes growth, innovation, and collaboration. The culture is lively, diverse, and supportive. It is also fast-paced, as it deals with the tech industry -- To thrive, you need to be creative, adaptable, positive, and good at managing your time. Opportunities for Growth: A plethora of opportunities for advancement. The company values internal talent and actively invests in nurturing employees' skills and ambitions. Through mentorship and opportunities to take on challenging projects, I've been able to evolve professionally and assume greater responsibilities over the years. Impactful Work: NetCom Learning stands out for the positive difference we make for our clients and the wider community. We help people and organizations grow through high-quality training and development solutions, and we influence the direction of learning and technology, which gives us a strong sense of meaning in what we do. My experience at NetCom Learning has been great. It's a place where I can pursue my passion and my purpose. If you want a career in a fast and creative environment, NetCom Learning is the place for you.

Cons

Fast and creative environment is not for everyone. Either you embrace it, or you will not thrive.

Pros

Approaching management is easy. Vision of CEO is great which drops down to upper management and further flows down each employee

Cons

There are hardly any negative things.

Pros

Many of the people are kind.

Cons

NetCom is the biggest mess I have ever witnessed in my career. The CEO is positively WILD in his constant pivoting from one idea to the next, none of which is thought out with care or deep strategy. He just hears an idea, thinks it sounds "cool" and immediately expects others to execute. How his middle management hasn't all quit on him long ago, I do not know. Second, the CEO has surrounded himself with people he has just randomly decided are great at their jobs, while meanwhile, they aren't even sub-par. While the company brags to its customers that it will help them to become experts in AI and other tech areas, he has them tracking metrics and data on Word Docs. It's insane. When a sales exec loses a big opportunity because the company screwed it up, they get treated like, "oh well." The marketing department MIGHT have been impressive 30 years ago. If you are thinking about taking a job here, RUN the other direction. LC's are dropping like flies and from what I am hearing, the bleeding has not stopped.
