Pros

None except maybe free bagels and cream cheese in the morning...

Cons

A bad CEO who is downright unethical, deceptive, and self-obsessed. The company doesn't offer any benefits and doesn't care one bit about it's employees. There is intimidation and a culture of fear which persists throughout the entire organization at Netcom Learning. I could go on but from the other negative reviews you get the picture. ALSO: Notice in all their job postings they never ever talk about benefits, but only job responsibilites? ( I WONDER WHY?!) If you take a job here then it's your fault when you are miserable a month in... in my time at Netcom Learning I saw 1/3rd of the company QUIT because it was so bad. Trust me don't trust the bad reviews because I have no reason to waste my time writing this on here, except for the simple fact that I don't want any good person to be hurt by Russell Sarder or Netcom Learning.

Pros

Free bagels. Best. Thing. Ever

Cons

The management is terrible. The retention rate is ridiculously low, with new hires leaving in around three months. You're constantly overworked, and the top levels are never satisfied with what you put out. Ridiculously low wage (seriously, my mom made more as a cashier when I first started out) and no good training made available upon first starting. FYI, the bagels aren't even that great.
