5yThanks for taking time to share your feedback. The technology we provide is unparalleled in the market, and I would contend that our people are more than solid! No doubt, we've had to adapt through some changes, but we've taken every opportunity to fill open roles with elite talent and I think we've been successful in those efforts!
We've added an outstanding Chief Revenue Officer and a brand new role reporting to the CEOs office that will be running various Business Transformation efforts, taking customer feedback and turning it into results.
Turning advice into immediate action is difficult. It's important to consider feedback and I promise you that all of the feedback is considered as we try to improve as a company. We're not perfect and we understand that. But it's also important not to be reactive or hasty when making moves to grow the business.
