Opportunities come to a select few ‘chosen’ ones, where you’ll be given a lot of chances and feel like your voice is being heard at first, but in reality you’re being asked to put the CEO’s incoherent thoughts into something meaningful.
Company is stuck in the same repeating cycle year after year, scratching programs that don’t yield immediate results, only to rehash them 6 months later. Except each time it has a fancy new name with the same lack of direction.
Company is so out of touch with the ever changing IT landscape and insists on telling customers how they should be managing their network as opposed to adapting with the times and providing a product that is meaningful (the software could do this if they focused where they should).
Morale is very low and all of the top talent has left or will leave soon. This will open up chances for some people until they either get frustrated, burnt out, or tired of the broken cycle of monotonous work and projects that lead to nowhere.
