Pros
Good health benefits. Employees are treated with respect. Nice campus. Some great talent, unfortunately they are leaving in droves.
Cons
No clear direction/vision from the leadership team, too many social/political promotions, annual layoffs, lack luster raises and RSUs, product not competitive, too much political non-performing dead weight, too many re-orgs.
