      Pros

      I love NetApp's culture and the teams I work with. Management is supportive and listens to employees. My teammates are on the whole intelligent, hardworking and cooperative and it is a pleasure working with them in the team.

      Cons

      Due to the economic downturn, the travel budget is cut. Wish I had the opportunity to meet my team mates.

      Pros

      Great office location Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers Ongoing learning new technologies in the field DEI and options for more unique perspectives

      Cons

      NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not
