- Company use to be very innovative. For several years now all their investment has been going into what amounts to be a product feature on their flagship storage line (FAS/ONTAP). However, they have failed to invest in emerging markets as they should. Their track record with acquisitions has been horrible, also because they don't invest in those technologies/businesses afterward. - Use to be a great place to work (despite all the hype with Forbes and other magazines, that is no longer the case) - Candor is supposedly one of the core values; however, people who exercise it increasingly get marginalized. - Sales organization is becoming more and more like EMC
