1. Favoritism 2. Blind (mis)conception over some 3. No proper growth in terms of salary, your college juniors would be joining at better package than what you are getting after so many years of experience. 4. No clarifications you would get, if you feel you are being treated badly at appraisals 5. You don't get any scope for assessing the usability of new technologies 6. You would be always working on the same decade old things 7. You won't feel like a Great Place at all
