Cons
• A lot of politics and bureaucracy for a ‘small’ company • Why change it if it isn’t broken mentality doesn’t consider changing it because it is no longer applicable for a larger population • Managers generally focus less on managing people than other work deliverables • Huge lack of infrastructure • Too focused on contractor/temp hires versus building and growing in-house talent
