Pros
Flexible and relaxed environment and considered one of the "Great Places to Work" for a variety of reasons. While there are always things to complain about, this is a pretty good place over all.
Cons
Too many people in management that just attend meetings instead of actually doing something. Resulting in ambivalence of both management as well as those below them.
