Pros
- Slightly higher than average compensation levels compared to startups, but not compared to larger organizations. - Someone remote friendly (although they specifically call out not supporting the "digital nomad" lifestyle) - Reasonable work-life balance
Cons
- Complete lack of reasonably consistent vision and direction from leadership - HR team that will ignore and gaslight you if you're having issues with leadership - Consistent lack of practical diversity and inclusion efforts, to the level that it is identified in meetings but never resolved - Poor organizational architecture to the extent that teams are placed on competing products and reject collaboration - Lack of ability to identify levels, leading to extremely junior managers at high levels in the company and people at lower levels not being provided clear paths to promotion - Every person that I interviewed prior to joining lied about the organization's culture, the projects that I'd be working on, and whether the company follows its own values. Spoiler alert: It doesn't.
