      Leadership bereft of new ideas, trying to do the same thing (old print processes) in a changing digital environment, cliquey (isolated if not part of "the group", HR not helpful for training/development

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
