      Pros

      Great products; Good people; in-house cafeteria and courtyard; interesting partnerships and initiatives

      Cons

      Way too much volume of work spread across less and less people; good people leaving and not being retained; HR does whatever leaders want whether it’s right or not. CEO has great charisma but seems to have created (purposely or not) a dog-eat-dog environment where people are trying to stand out instead of stand together.

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
